Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any product, we must
be notified prior to any product return, and a return
authorization # will be issued. Any product must be returned
within 7 days of you receiving from us. It will be returned in
its original packaging with all wrapping, manuals and
accessories that it comes with. MUST BE IN EXACT CONDITION AS
YOU RECEIVED. All string instruments must not have any pick
scratches or cosmetic blemishes. If for any reason any product
comes back other that us sending out, it could be refused or a
restocking fee could be issued prior to refund. You'll find that

Shipping
Weekly orders before 12:00 noon will be shipped same day.
Orders after 12:00 noon will be shipped early the following day.
All orders go UPS or Fed Ex ground unless specified. Express
