The ESP MH-203QM combines an arched top with aggressive styling, topping it off with a stunning quilted maple top. Experience incredible warmth, sustain, and bite, by way of the maple-capped mahogany body.

Although a mass produced model, the quality is still very good. I am quite fond of it having 24 frets, as well. While not extremely expensive, it may be a bit more than a beginner would want to spend, unless they really want the Floyd Rose Bridge (one of the reasons I purchased it). While the Floyd Rose is not extremely difficult to tune or change strings with, it can be a bit finicky and may be a bit much for those just learning guitar basics. However, it is definitely worth the price for those with basic knowledge who are wanting a good guitar with 24 frets and a Floyd Rose bridge.

Beginner or pro would love this guitar. I have been playing 50 years, on stage for over 3100 shows, didn't really need another guitar, but the finish caught me! Plays great, Floyd Rose bridge, splittable double coil bridge pickup, Maple neck, Priced right!

Love it. Finally purchased another guitar (it's been a while) and I'm loving this one! Beautiful color, plays nicely. However, I've learned that it takes a while to get your fingers toughened up again! LOL. Really, you can't go wrong with this guitar. It was so worth it to me!! :)
