Seymour Duncan APST-1 Twang Banger For Strat - Tele Voiced Single Coil Bridge Pickup - Black Finish w/No Cover (11204-20)
Midlothian Music values the importance of quality in craftsmanship, which is one of the many reasons why we are proud to be an Authorized Seymour Duncan Dealer. This item is new.Seymour Duncan APST-1 Twang Banger For Strat - Tele Voiced Single Coil Bridge Pickup - Black Finish w/No Cover (11204-20)
Using a similar construction to the Tele Lead with a vintage-hot Tele style wind, sand cast alnico 2 rod magnets, and copper-plated steel bottom plate, the Twang Banger is a tele voiced strat pickup that delivers snap and twang. The high end is spanky and the low end is articulate (like a Telecaster), but the shape & size is that of a standard Stratocaster pickup.
Pairs well with our Alnico II Pro Staggered Strat in the neck and Alnico II Pro Staggered Strat RWRP in the middle. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, the Twang Banger uses sand cast alnico 2 rod magnets with a modern pole stagger, cloth push-back lead wire, a copper-plated steel bottom plate, and is wax potted for squeal free operation.
